AE105 5 Days – Northern Tanzania Lodge Safari

Day 1 Arusha – Lake Manyara

Depart Arusha in the morning for lunch in your accommodation at Lake Manyara National Park. After lunch, you will spend the afternoon in an extensive game drive.  You will explore Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for its tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingoes. The park contains five distinct vegetation zones and is of scenic beauty.

Dinner and overnight is at the Lodge which is sited on top of the Rift valley with spectacular views over the lake.

 

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart the lodge with your packed lunches, descend 2000 ft(670m) into the crater floor to enjoy a full day crater safari tour


with break for packed lunch at a convenient within the floor. The main crater has a diameter of 165 km and contains a constant animal population of varied species, including Black manned lions, Rhinos, Buffaloes, Elephants and other Grazing animals.An early evening ascent to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Serengeti National Park

Leave Ngorongoro after breakfast for Olduvai Gorge. Lunch will be at the Olduvai Gorge Museum. After lunch, visit various sites of the Gorge to see where the remains of prehistoric man were discovered by the famous archeologist Dr. L.S.B. Leaky and an old Masai home on the way. Proceed to Serengeti plains past Seronera with an extensive en-route game viewing to your Lodge for Dinner and overnight at Lodge

 

Day 4 Serengeti National Park

Leave the Lodge for a full day extensive game drive. Conduct a Game viewing in the Western corridor of the Serengeti Game Sanctuary to locate leopards and numerous plains games as well as Cheetah and other species common here. Picnic lunch at a convenient picnic site as you feel the Nature. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

 

Day 5 Serengeti – Arusha
After breakfast, depart for an en-route game viewing as we drive to Arusha to be dropped at Arusha Hotel or connect a shuttle bus for Leisurely drive to Nairobi via Namanga border town, arriving in the evening.

AE106 6 Days - Ngorongoro Crater Tour- Serengeti National park Wildlife Safari and Tarangire National Park Lodge safari

Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater

Early morning departure to the Ngorongoro Crater. We arrive in the afternoon for lunch at the Lodge that is built on the rim of the crater and offers some breathtaking views of the crater.Dinner and an overnight stay at the Lodge.

 

Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater floor Tour

Leave after breakfast at the lodge and drive down to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a full day's game viewing with picnic lunch at a convenient picnic site. The Crater (covering at total area of 100 square miles) is host to Rhino, Lion, Elephant, Zebra and Wildebeest. Ascending the crater wall back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay is at the Lodge.

 

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

Continue in the morning after breakfast to the vast Serengeti National Park, brief stop at Olduvai Gorge site of the famous archeological findings of early man by the Leakey family the proceed for Lunch at the Lodge followed by afternoon game viewing where the large herds of Wild beast, Zebra, and Gazelle roam the plains.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

Morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge. It is in this vast Serengeti Plain where it is possible to view all the big five. Animals here are seen in very large herds, especially wildebeest, zebra gazelle and other antelopes. The park is one of the largest in the world; it's animal concentration and abundance is unequalled. The annual migration of wildebeest and zebra occurs in this park in May/June, return to the Lodge in the evening for Dinner and overnight

 

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Serengeti Plain for Tarangire National Park with hot lunch en-route. Tarangire has an atmosphere of remoteness and has fewer visitors than all the other parks in Tanzania's entire northern circuit. Blue monkeys, hornbills, pelicans, herons can be seen as well as elephants in large herds, cheetah, jackal, fish eagle, marabou stork, and hippos. Dinner and an overnight are at a lodge.

 

Day 6 Tarangire to Arusha

After breakfast proceed on a game drive then depart for Arusha for lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to the Airport or Connect 2pm shuttle bus for a leisure transfer to Nairobi via the Namanga border town arriving in Nairobi in the late evening.

AE107 Ruaha National Park 3 Days - The Dream of Africa - 3 Days
 

Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Ruaha National Park

Depart from Dar es Salaam in the morning. Stop for lunch in Iringa then proceed to Ruaha National Park to enjoy a short en-route game drive before checking in to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 2: Ruaha Full day

Enjoy your breakfast; proceed for a full day game drive in this vast park covering an area of 12,950 sq kms which is also the second largest Elephant sanctuary in Tanzania with the Great Ruaha River which flows along its entire Eastern border and creating spectacular gorges and sceneries and host a large number of Hippos and Crocodiles. The wide variety of animals include Greater and Lesser Kundu, Roan and Sable Antelope. Bird life is rich, with over 370 species recorded. Picnic lunch on the way. Ruaha is the only park where game viewing can begin the moment the Plane touches down.
You may be able to see a pair of Giraffe raised beside the airstrip, with a line of Zebra parading across the runway in their wake, as near by protective Elephant mothers guard their young under the shade of Baobab trees. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation

 

Day 3: Ruaha – Dar es Salaam

Depart after breakfast with a short enroute game drive in the park, lunch in Iringa then proceed to Dar es Salaam.

Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Mikumi

Depart from Dar es Salaam for Mikumi National Park. Afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

 

Day 2: Mikumi – Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Mikumi National Park, which is rich in wildlife and contains Buffalo, Elephant, Lion, Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, Impala and hippo. Lunch at your accommodation. Depart for Dar es Salaam arriving in the evening

Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Selous

Depart  Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve. Arrive late afternoon at the accommodation which is located on the river just inside the reserve on the Eastern approach... enjoy en-route game run to the accommodation for lunch. Aternoon boat safari, along the mighty Rufiji River; those who experience this safari can verify the fact that this mighty river boasts of Africa’s highest concentration of Hippopotamus.

Dinner and overnight at the accommodation.

 

Day 2: Selous Full Day

Breakfast then depart for a full day game drive at Selous Game Reserve. Selous, Africa's largest wildlife sanctuary with an area of 54,600 sq km is bigger than Denmark and 4 times the size of Serengeti. It has the World's largest number of big game - Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino; Sable Antelope , Wildebeest, Eland, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Zebra, Impala, Hippo, Leopard and Lion. There are about 350 species of birdlife. Picnic lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight at the accommodation

 

Day 3: Selous Full Day

After breakfast, boat safari along the Mighty Rufiji River. Bird-life can be seen along the banks of the river. Lunch at the Camp. Walking safari - This safari allows an intimate impression of the African bush and wildlife, which is unforgettable and brings you closest to pristine Nature. Return to our accommodation for Dinner and overnight.

 

Day 4: Selous Full Day

After breakfast game drive. Lunch at the accommodation. Another optional boat safari. Dinner and overnight at the accommodation.
 

Day 5: Selous – Mikumi

After breakfast, drive to Mikumi National Park with packed lunches at a convinient picnic site on the way. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
 

Day 6: Mikumi Full day

After breakfast, have a full day in Mikumi in search of the abundant wildlife which includes the groups of Buffalos, Elephants, pride of Lions, Legion of Wild Beast, School of Giraffe and Families of Impalas and Hippos. Picnic lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

 

Day 7: Mikumi – Ruaha National Park

After, breakfast , depart for Ruaha Ruaha National Park stopping for lunch at Iringa before proceeding for short enroute game drive at Ruaha National Park to our lodge located on and around a Rocky Kopje overlooking the Great Ruaha River. The lodge provides comfortable accommodation while blending into its surroundings to enable visitors to feel themselves a part of the wild. Both the dining "Banda" and the bar, in elevated position above the river combine comfort and coolness together with the most spectacular views.

Day 8: Ruaha National Park Full day.

Breakfast at the Lodge, Extensive full day game drive in Ruaha National Park. Ruaha, with an area of 12,950sq.km. It is the second largest park, and second largest Elephant Sanctuary in Tanzania.
