                      Terms And Conditions

RESERVATIONS: Payment of deposit of 40% per person is required on booking any safari. In the event of cancellation, the above deposit will be forfeited. Balance to be paid as per the agreement but before the start of any Safari.

 

CANCELLATION: Cancellation and No Show fees will be levied once booking is confirmed and payment of 100% has been done. The Conditions are: 7 days up to 48hrs prior to the Safari 25% of the total payment will be refunded,Within 24hrs and No show 100% will be retained.

 

TRANSPORTATION: Cars, mini vans, land rovers, coaches or trucks will be provided according to the route and the number of clients on a particular trip. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English speaking driver guides are provided.

 

ACCOMMODATION: Based on two persons sharing a twin room/ tent. Wherever it is possible rooms with private baths are provided. Single rooms are available at additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels/ lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/ lodges.

 

RATES: Prices includes all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary, meals on safari and entrance fees to national parks and game reserves. Prices are based on tariffs and other cost prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

 

PRIVATE SAFARIS: Should you prefer to travel alone, with your family or in a group of friends for example, we arrange any of these safaris on a private vehicle basis, at a small supplement. This is also applicable on the tailor-made safaris

 

ALTERATION OF TOURS: The company reserves the right to alter the arrangements of the route and cancel the operation of the scheduled tour should condition necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline and accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, unless it is a private tour.

 

LIABILITY: The Company and its agent’s acts only as agents of the passengers in all matters related to hotel/ lodge accommodations, tours, transport etc, and shall not be liable for injury, delay or damage caused by nature hazards. The law of the country in which the tour takes place (and no other country) governs the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of services.

 

NOTE: All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and sometimes can be of hazardous nature. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accidents and medical expenses. We can arrange for this service.
